Our SWACO® Moly Tacky Gear Lubricant is ideal for use in enclosed gearboxes. It has proven particularly effective in extending the life of worn and noisy gearboxes. One example of where it has proven effective has been on the worn gearboxes of bowling alley automatic pinsetters.
SWACO® Moly Tacky Gear Lubricant contains a tackifier that keeps the moly in place on damaged seals and gaskets; it “heals” scars on gears, thereby quieting noisy gears and extending gearbox life. Because it does not foam trapped heat can dissipate, thereby reducing operating temperatures.
SWACO® Moly Tacky Gear Lubricant is formulated of paraffin base oils with Moly, a tackifying agent, and corrosion inhibitors.
